Making a Purchase
Simply, click on the "add to cart" button for the products you wish to purchase to place your selected item(s) in the shopping cart.

After selecting the items you wish to purchase, you can check the item(s) selected and the total amount, you can also de-select (remove) item(s) from your shopping cart before forwarding your item(s) to checkout once you are satisfied with your order.

Clicking on the “Secure Checkout” button will bring you to PayPal “Checkout” page
If you don't have a Paypal account you can pay for your items securely using your credit card by clicking on the "Secure Checkout" button and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you have a PayPal account, login to Paypal to pay for your items with your credit card, bank account or PayPal balance.

Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and Sandlady.

Payments are administrated by PayPal who are the authorised payment processor for Sandlady.
Your credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *Sandlady".
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Orders can be sent by email to enquiries at info@sandlady.co.uk please give us a full description of the items you require.

Orders By Fax:
To place an order by fax, please fax your order to 07092013444 using our order fax form Click here for the fax form

Payments can be sent by cheque or postal order payable to (Louise Simon) at the following address:

Orders from outside the UK:
Payments are to be made in Pounds Sterling (£) 
International orders outside the UK will have additional postage costs.

Delivery
Orders made from the U.K. mainland will be dispatched by Parcel Force or Royal Mail

Orders are forwarded on receipt of payments
Orders will reach purchasers (U.K. mainland only) within 3 - 5 working days of placing an order.

Outside U.K. mainland orders
For orders made from the EEA and other countries, please contact info@sandlady.co.uk before placing your order(s).

Refunds and Returns
Refunds are permitted should the items be damaged and the purchaser not wishing to obtain a replacement.
Please note item(s) will not be refunded if damaged, misused or ordered incorrectly by the purchaser.
Refunds will be credited to the cardholders account.

It is the duty of the purchaser to check items immediately on delivery
Any items claimed to be damaged must be notified to Sandlady within 48 hours of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that item(s) returned is properly documented and packaged

Damaged goods must be reported to info@sandlady.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 3 days of receipt of goods.

You can do this by contacting info@sandlady.co.uk
Please note that cancellations after 3 days may not be accepted and refunds will be at the discretion of Sandlady.

Back Orders
Should the item(s) you selected not be in stock, you will be given the option of cancelling the reservation

Alternatively, we can reserve your order and forward the item(s) to you when they become available, your reservation be held on our waiting list for 7 days.
